29-year-old Mr Raimonds Kilis of Our Hazel Boat Milford Haven Docks Milford Haven Pembrokeshire

On 05/02/2022 at Pembrokeshire drove a motor vehicle, and failed to comply with the indication given by solid white line road markings outlined in diagram 1013.1 or diagram 1013.5 of Schedule 9 to the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016, lawfully placed on a road, namely A4076 Steynton Road, Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire Contrary to section 36(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1988, Schedule 9 to the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016 and Schedule 2 to the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988. At 13:21 hours on 05/02/2022 the defendant drove a motor vehicle, and failed to comply with the indication given by solid white line road markings as outlined in diagram 1013.1 or diagram 1013.5 of Schedule 9 to the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016, lawfully placed on a road, namely A4076 Steynton Road, Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire, in that the defendant overtook a white car on solid white lines coming from the general direction of Haverfordwest towards the Steynton crossroads.

On 05/02/2022 at Pembrokeshire used a motor vehicle, on a road, or other public place, namely A4076 Steynton Road, Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire, when there was not in force in relation to that use such a policy of insurance or such a security in respect of third party risks as complied with the requirements of Part VI of the Road Traffic Act 1988 Contrary to section 143 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 and Schedule 2 to the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988. At 13:21 hours on 05/02/2022 the defendant used a vehicle, on A4076 Steynton Road, Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire when there was no insurance in force covering that use of the vehicle.

Kilis was fined £660.00 and ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £66.00 and  costs of £90.00. His driving record endorsed with 6 points.

27-year-old Christopher W D Morgan of Cressing Place Keele Newcastle under Lyme Staffordshire

On 07/03/2022 at Safety Camera Unit,Pontypridd, having been required by or on behalf of the Chief Officer of Police for Dyfed-Powys Police, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence Contrary to section 172(3) of the Road Traffic Act 1988 and Schedule 2 to the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988. On 07/03/2022 at Safety Camera Unit,Pontypridd, the defendant having been required by or on behalf of the Chief Officer of Police for Dyfed-Powys Police, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.

On 09/03/2022 at Safety Camera Unit,Pontypridd, the defendant having been required by or on behalf of the Chief Officer of Police for Dyfed-Powys Police, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.
