Llanelli Mind Staff take on Welsh Three Peaks Challenge

Llanelli Mind Staff Members along with friends are going to step outside of their comfort zones and hike to the summit of the 3 highest mountains in the country within 24 hours.

They will Start with the highest Mountain in wales based in Snowdonia national park – Snowdon (3,560 ft), then they will get on the bus where they will rest and fuel up while they travel to Cadair Idris (2,930 ft). There is a long drive to the Brecon Beacons before their last climb up Pen Y Fan (2,907 ft) Where support is welcome to join them on the last climb before they head back to Llanelli Mind where the Journey will be complete.

Llanelli Mind are asking for help to help those who need it. They hope to raise money that could help support mental health in their community while raising awareness and “Smashing Stigma” along the way.
