Prince Philip Hospital receives generous donation of £6000

Alison Cambrey and daughters Lucy and Emily have kindly donated £6,000 which will go towards the
purchase of an ECG machine for the Rehabilitation Ward at Prince Philip Hospital.

An ECG machine records the electrical activity of the heart and diagnoses and monitors cardiac conditions.
The donation was made in memory of their much-loved Mother and Gran, Marjorie Joyce Cambrey, who sadly passed away in March 2021.

Meinir Williams, Deputy Head of Nursing, said: “On behalf of Hywel Dda University Health Board and in particular Ward 9 Prince Philip Hospital, I would like to express our sincere gratitude for the kind donation of £6,000 in memory of Mrs Cambrey towards the purchase of an ECG machine for ward 9.

“This act of kindness and thoughtfulness is truly appreciated and will benefit the patients.”

Thank You for your generous donation.
