Neil is described as about 5ft 10inches tall, of thin build, very short grey hair and sometimes wears glasses.
The last confirmed sighting of Neil was at 9.20pm on Saturday evening, 28 September, in Carmarthen (as in attached CCTV)
He was last seen wearing a brown waist length jacket of a corduroy material, jeans and a small beanie type hat tight to his head.
It is believed he may be carrying a guitar.
