Large turnout for Christmas Tree light up in Aberystwyth

THIS evening (25th November), Aberystwyth entered into the festive spirit with the annual Christmas tree light-up.

The events throughout the afternoon leading up to the light-up consisted of a market fair, lantern parade and the Christmas light-up.

The market stalls were a lovely variety of different businesses showcasing their crafts and products.

The lantern parade left St. Michael’s Church at 5PM and arrived at the Owain Glyndwr Square where the crowds counted down the Christmas light-up in Aberystwyth.
