Abubakr Ben Yusaf, aged 29, has been charged with drug driving, causing death by dangerous driving, causing serious injury by dangerous driving, causing death whilst uninsured, failing to provide a specimen for analysis, and failing to stop after a road traffic collision.

Umar Ben Yusaf, aged 33, has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving, causing serious injury by dangerous driving, causing death whilst uninsured, and failing to stop after a road traffic collision.

Officers are continuing to appeal to anyone with information that could help with the investigation, including anyone who was travelling along the road at the relevant time with dashcam footage, is asked to report it to us, either by:
