Carmarthenshire County Council is updating its Active Travel Network Map (ATNM), and residents are encouraged to have their say.
The ATNM sets out the existing walking, wheeling and cycling routes across the county alongside proposed improvements, suggestions and future routes that the County Council will seek to develop and implements over the next 15 years.
Residents are invited to provide feedback on the routes and suggested additions as set out on the ATNM. Routes that are not included on the map cannot be considered further, as only those shown will be eligible for potential funding from Welsh Government or other sources in future.
Come along to an informal drop-in session to discuss the ATNM update, ask questions and provide feedback from 2pm to 6pm on:

Paper copies of the consultation can be requested from the County Council’s Hwbs in Ammanford, Carmarthen or Llanelli.

The map identifies existing routes as well as proposed future connections, but it is vital that we hear directly from residents, businesses and community groups to ensure it reflects local needs and priorities.”
