Carmarthenshire’s newest dog-friendly coffee shop packed a punch when it officially opened on Thursday.
As well as hosting Pembrey and Burry Port Mayor, Mike Theodoulou, who cut the ribbon on the Stepney
Road business, Cozy Coffee also welcomed Swansea-born MMA pro fighter Brett Johns.
Brett and his miniature poodle, Giuseppe, joined dozens of other customers to enjoy coffee served for them and man’s best friend.
Opening the coffee shop, Mr Theodoulou said, “We are delighted to see this new venture opening in Burry Port. It is a welcome addition to the businesses in the town and will hopefully go from strength to strength.”
Commenting on the dog-friendly venue, Brett Johns said: “It’s great to have a place to stop for a coffee and a chat and be able to relax with your dog.
“I think Giuseppe loves the puppacinos.”
