Once completed, the development at Market Street North will deliver 5 ground floor commercial units and 10 x 2 bedroom apartments in the heart of the town centre.

The current programme is scheduled to run for 65 weeks, which currently places contract completion in December 2025.

Hazel Evans, Cabinet Member for Regeneration, Leisure, Culture and Tourism for Carmarthenshire County Council said: “It’s very pleasing to see the development at Market Street North taking place as it will play an important role in the Council’s ambition to regenerate Llanelli Town Centre by providing mixed tenure housing in the town centre.”
