New recycling collections start this week for many households across Carmarthenshire. Here’s a quick reminder of what can be recycled and where it goes:
🔵 Blue Bag – Paper
🟠Orange Bag – Cardboard
🔴 Red Bag – Metals, plastics and cartons
🔴 Red Plastic Bag – Plastic wrappers and soft plastics, including:
- Bread bags
- Crisp packets
- Sweet wrappers
- Frozen food packaging
- Other plastic wrapping and film
✅ Place your filled red plastic bags inside the larger red recycling bag for collection.
Please make sure all recyclable items are clean, dry and loose where possible. Together, we can help keep Carmarthenshire clean and recycle more waste.
