Llanelli shoppers thanked for toy donations

Kind-hearted Tesco customers in Llanelli have donated eight trolleys full of toys to give local children a better Christmas.

Lisa Lewis the Community Champion at the Tesco Extra store at Parc Trostre organised the toy collection to provide toys for children supported by Homestart and Children’s Services at Carmarthenshire Council.

Lisa said: “It was wonderful to see so many toys being donated and we would like to thank everyone who dropped a toy into the collection trolley. The toys will help to make Christmas that little bit more special for local children this year.”
