Appeal for witnesses after assault at train station – Glamorgan

British Transport Police is appealing for information following an assault at Cadoxton Railway Station.

At 9pm on Monday 11 March, four men attacked a man in his thirties, chasing him off the train from Cardiff.

They have chased him over the footbridge where he has fallen to the ground and they have continued to kick and stamp on him.

A member of the public has intervened and they started threatening him before eventually leaving the station.

The victim suffered memory loss, bruising and swelling to his head.

Officers are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the incident, due to it being a busy train and lots of people at the station.
