Gwent Police issue appeal to find Newport man

GWENT Police have issued an appeal following the whereabouts of a man from the Newport area:

“We’re appealing for information to find Stephen Phillips from the Newport area.

“Our officers would like to speak to the 30-year-old in connection with an investigation into driving offences.

“Anyone with any information on his whereabouts can call 101 or DM us on Facebook or X, quoting 2300353179.
