Officers investigating the collision would like to identify a witness who may be able to help their enquiries.
We’re appealing for information to a road traffic collision that happened around 9.15pm on Ringland Circle in Newport on Sunday 20 November.
One car, a silver Volkswagen Golf, collided with 4 parked cars and made off from the scene. No-one was injured.
Officers would like to speak with this man, who we believe to have been in the area at the time and may able to help our enquiries.
