More services will be added in the near future, so now is the perfect time to register for My Account and keep an eye on the platform for further features.
Councillor Catrin M S Davies, Ceredigion County Council Cabinet Member responsible for Customer Services said: “My Account is designed to help Ceredigion residents access support and to know about the latest news which affect their areas. We know that many people prefer in-person or over the phone contact, and they will still be available for those residents.”
