I wonder if you could inform the Llanelli community of a Beacon Lighting event happening near the Festival fields area of the Millennium coastal Park please.

The event is planned for Thursday 2nd June 9pm for 9.45pm.
Enclosed is a copy of map location and basic itinerary.

Millennium / Jubilee Beacon

Walking Route Only. No cars Approx. 200 mtrs.
Wheelchair / mobility scooter friendly

This will be an Informal Event with the MEIBION ELLI CHOIR in attendance.
Itinerary: Approx. 9.15 pm Choir to sing a few Hymns prior to singing the Platinum Jubilee Song
All spectators to congregate below the steps in a semi-circle. – Choir will be on the steps.

0940 pm co-ordinator will say a few words.
0945 pm – Choir to perform song and Beacon will be lit.
