South Wales Police held a misconduct hearing which concluded on Thursday 3rd November 2022 in relation to PS 4019 Gavin Harris.

The hearing considered alleged breaches of the following standards –

Honesty and Integrity
Duties and responsibilities
Discreditable conduct.

The panel which consisted of an independent legally qualified chair, a police superintendent and an independent member concluded that the officer had not breached any of the standards alleged.
