Truck Show raises £4,000 for Withybush Hospital

Chris Williams, of Haverfordwest, has raised £4,000 for Withybush Hospital by organising the Celtic Truck Show for a second consecutive year.

The Celtic Truck Show, which was held on 1st May at the Pembrokeshire Showground, Haverfordwest, attracted hundreds of trucks from across the UK.

The show raised also raised £4,000 for Wales Air Ambulance.

Chris, of Haverfordwest, said “We wanted to support our local hospital and community. We also wanted to say a big thank you to our NHS.”

Janice Cole-Williams, General Manager of Withybush Hospital, said: “We would like to say a huge thank you to the Celtic Truck Show for their outstanding efforts in raising funds for the benefit of patients and staff at Withybush Hospital.

“This is very welcome and will be put towards improving patient experience and staff well-being.”
