Gwent police are continuing their investigation into the report of a fire at Hazelwood Road, Pantside at around 4.05pm on Wednesday 12 August.
A 29-year-old woman from Newbridge who was arrested on suspicion of arson with recklessness as to whether life was endangered, has been released on conditional bail as enquiries continue.
