Emergency services responded to a report of an assault at a property in the Acton area of Wrexham shortly after 2.45pm this afternoon.
A 19-year-old man was subsequently arrested on suspicion of wounding and has been taken to police custody.
Acting Detective Inspector Claire Roberts said: “This was a contained incident that has now concluded, and we have no ongoing concerns for the community.
“Thank you to residents for their support whilst emergency services dealt with the incident that has now concluded.”
