A MAN has been fined for speeding in Hermon, Carmarthenshire.
Llanelli Magistrates’ Court heard on 17/02/2023 that 48-year-old David Edward Morgan of Llandeilo drove a Scania Tractor through Hermon while exceeding the 30mph limit.
Mr Morgan pleaded guilty to the offence. His guilty plea was taken into account when the sentence was imposed.
Morgan was fined £66 and ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £34, a total of £100.
His driving record was also endorsed with 3 points.
