Presence of rodents discovered in LIDL Aberystwyth

The LIDL store in Aberystwyth has closed after it was discovered that there was evidence of rodent activity in the premises.

A hygiene emergency prohibition notice has been placed in the window of the store warning visitors of the health and safety risks and temporary closure of the popular store in Aberystwyth.

Evidence of faecal matter and ‘gnawing’ was discovered in the store. Shoppers are being warned to keep away from the premises.

Popular among students, LIDL Aberystwyth will remain closed until further notice which will prompt students and residents to shop elsewhere for their groceries.
