Gwahodd cleifion Minafon i gyfarfodydd cyhoeddus

Mae digwyddiadau cyhoeddus yn cael eu cynnal i ddiweddaru cleifion ar y gwasanaethau newydd ym Meddygfa Minafon.

Mae Bwrdd Iechyd Prifysgol Hywel Dda a’r feddygfa wedi trefnu cyfarfodydd yn ardaloedd y feddygfa er mwyn rhoi cyfle i gleifion i ddysgu mwy am y ddarpariaeth newydd o wasanaeth ac i ofyn unrhyw gwestiynau.

Dros y misoedd diwethaf, er y bu heriau sylweddol o ran y gweithlu, mae’r Bwrdd Iechyd wedi cyd-weithio’n agos â chleifion a chynrychiolwyr y Cyngor yn lleol er mwyn sicrhau darpariaeth barhaus o wasanaethau i’r gymuned leol.

Dywed Rachel Pompa, Pennaeth Gwasanaethau Meddygol Cyffredinol: “Rydym yn edrych ymlaen yn eiddgar at fynd allan i’r gymuned i hysbysu’r cleifion o’r gwaith sy’n digwydd, er mwyn ateb unrhyw gwestiynau ac i wrando ar unrhyw adborth a syniadau.”

Bydd Gwasanaethau Meddygol Cyffredinol yn parhau i gael eu darparu yn yr ardal hon, ac os oes gennych unrhyw bryderon neu adborth am eu profiad y byddent yn hoffi eu rhannu gyda’r Bwrdd Iechyd, dewch i’r cyfarfodydd, siaradwch â staff y feddygfa neu cysylltwch â Gwasanaeth Cymorth i Gleifion Hywel Dda ar 0300 0200 159.”
