20-year-old man fined for causing danger to other road users

20-year-old Thomas Haydn Parry of Goetre Farm, Newtown appeared before Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on September 21st.

The court heard that on 24/02/2023 at Powys Parry used on a road, namely the A483 a motor vehicle, the manner in which the load was secured, namely the rear cab, was such that its use involved a danger of injury to any person because the rear cab had detached from the vehicle and was left in the road causing danger to other road users. The case was proved using a Single Justice Procedure

Parry was fined £86.00 and ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £34.00 and costs of £90.00. His driving record endorsed with 3 points.
