20-year-old Thomas Haydn Parry of Goetre Farm, Newtown appeared before Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on September 21st.
The court heard that on 24/02/2023 at Powys Parry used on a road, namely the A483 a motor vehicle, the manner in which the load was secured, namely the rear cab, was such that its use involved a danger of injury to any person because the rear cab had detached from the vehicle and was left in the road causing danger to other road users.
