29-year-old Christopher Truby of Union Street Newtown appeared before Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on September 21st.
The court heard that on 17/04/2023 at safety camera Pontypridd having been required by or on behalf of the Chief Officer of Police for Dyfed-Powys, Truby failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to
have been guilty of an offence Contrary to section 172(3) of the Road Traffic Act 1988 and Schedule 2 to the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988.
The case was proved using a Single Justice Procedure.
Truby was fined £660.00 and ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £264.00 and costs of £90.00. His driving record endorsed with 6 points.
