On the late evening of Sunday (16th Feb), Roads Policing Officers, assisted by NPAS, pursued a vehicle with cloned plates, from Junction 40 of the M4 to Heol Llwyn Bedw in Hendy, where it was abandoned.
The driver – a 42-year-old man from Riverside, Cardiff – has been arrested on suspicion of numerous offences including Attempted Section 18 assault, Aggravated TWOC (Taking Without Owner’s Consent) and Dangerous Driving.
The passenger – a 36-year-old man from Trowbridge, Cardiff – has been arrested on suspicion of Aggravated TWOC.
Both are currently in police custody.
