BRITISH Transport Police officers are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage after a man was witnessed masturbating at Penmaenmawr train station.

On Sunday 27 August, between 7.10pm and 7.20pm, a man entered the railway station and proceeded to masturbate in front of a woman waiting in the station.

The man is described as white, slim build and aged around 19 or 20-years-old. He is approximately 5ft 6” in height with blond or ginger hair and was wearing a black baseball hat and a black and white puffer jacket.

Investigating officer PC Gethin Griffith said:

“As you can imagine, the victim was very shaken by this experience and we are very keen for any witnesses to come forward with any information.

“We are aware that there were a number of cars parked close to the train station, we would ask drivers to check their dashcam footage during this time.
