THREE people have been charged by officers from Dyfed-Powys Police investigating report that a woman had been assaulted with a knife in Ystradgynlais in the early hours of Tuesday, November 1.
Officers were called to Pen y Bryn in the town at around 1.55am to find the woman had suffered injuries in the incident.
The woman was taken to hospital. She has since been discharged.
Teresa Dilys Morgan-Peters, aged 44, of Dolfain, Ystradgynlais, Kathryn Llewellyn, aged 42, of Golwg y Mynydd, Godregraig, Swansea, and Gregory Alexander Morgan, aged 36, of Heol Meurig, Lower Cwmtwrch, Ystradgynlais, have all been charged with conspiracy to cause GBH.
Llewellyn and Morgan-Peters have also been charged with Section 18 – wounding with intent, aggravated burglary and possession of a bladed article.
All three appeared before Merthyr Magistrates Court today (7th November) when they were remanded into custody.
