Jonathan Robert Edwards (27) of Llwyninfan, Llangennech appeared before Llanelli Magistrates’ Court charged with failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on 17/01/2022.
The court heard that Edwards failed to attend for his unpaid work appointment on 01/03/2022 and his office
appointment on 27/05/2022 as instructed by his responsible officer. Failed to provide acceptable proof within 5 working days of the alleged absence. In accordance with Part 2 of Schedule 10 to the Sentencing Act 2020.
Edwards admitted the breach.
He was ordered to pay Plea: Admits Breach – 18/07/2022
He was ordered to pay costs of £60.00.
