Cyflwynwyd y wobr i Alison Williams, Pennaeth Ysgol Gynradd Craigfelen ers 11 o flynyddoedd, am ei gwasanaethau i addysg a’r gymuned.

Yn ystod ei chyfnod fel pennaeth mae wedi arwain yr ysgol at ganlyniadau arolwg ‘rhagorol’ gan Estyn yn ogystal ag ysgrifennu dwy astudiaeth achos arfer gorau.

Mae ei hangerdd dros addysg fenter wedi sicrhau bod hyn wrth wraidd cwricwlwm yr ysgol ac mae wedi lledaenu i ysgolion eraill.

Mae hi wedi arwain prosiect llwyddiannus iawn Menter Abertawe, gyda thros 40 o ysgolion yn cymryd rhan eleni mewn digwyddiad lle meddiannwyd Gerddi’r Castell ar gyfer digwyddiad marchnad fenter.

Meddai Robert Smith, Aelod Cabinet Cyngor Abertawe dros Addysg a Dysgu, “Hoffwn longyfarch Alison ar dderbyn y wobr hon.

“Mae Ysgol Craigfelen yn ysgol wych ac rwy’n siŵr bod pawb sy’n gysylltiedig â hi’n falch iawn o Alison.”
